We know that God is real because He has revealed Himself to us in three ways: in creation, in His Word, and in His Son, Jesus Christ.

“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.”
Psalms 19:1

“For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities-his eternal power and divine nature-have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse”
Romans 1:20

Why am I here?

“He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end”
Ecclesiastes 3:11

Mankind is God’s workmanship. We are like clay in the hands of the Master Potter (Isaiah 64:8), who is molding us according to His purpose. God’s great desire is to finish the work of His hands, and that completion will come through the RESURRECTION–the great change that will bridge the gulf between mortal and immortal. Then and only then will His work of creation be finished.

The reason God and eternity weigh so heavily on our minds is because God is pressing the issue. God wants to be known. He created us with the intent that we know Him. He has surrounded us with evidence of Himself and He keeps the question of His existence squarely before us.

How do I start a relationship with God?

Jesus Christ is the only way to God the Father and His dwelling place, heaven. There is no other way into the Kingdom of God! Jesus Christ is God’s only plan of eternal salvation for the entire world.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life”
John 3:16.

Who is Jesus?

He is God’s only begotten son, yet He came from the throne of His Father and became the Son of Man that we might become sons of God.

He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of a virgin. He lived in poverty, and had neither wealth nor influence.

“The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel”– which means, “God with us
Matthew 1:23

“Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.” Luke 2:11

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
John 14:6

“Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
Acts 4:12

I want to receive Jesus

We receive Jesus by believing in His name. As a result, we accept Him as the authority of our lives and obey Him.

“And having been made perfect, He became to all those who obey Him the source of eternal salvation”
Hebrews 5:9

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Romans 6:23″

If you are ready please pray this prayer with us,

“God, I recognize that I have not lived my life for You up until now. I have been living for myself and that is wrong. I need You in my life; I want You in my life. I acknowledge the completed work of Your Son Jesus Christ in giving His life for me on the cross at Calvary, and I long to receive the forgiveness you have made freely available to me through this sacrifice. Come into my life now, Lord. Take up residence in my heart and be my king, my Lord, and my Savior. From this day forward, I will no longer be controlled by sin, or the desire to please myself, but I will follow You all the days of my life. Those days are in Your hands. I ask this in Jesus’ precious and holy name. Amen.”
